The problem

A large client needed a consistent, efficient way for offices across the country to create and distribute marketing materials. The existing process required significant manual coordination and made it harder to maintain brand standards, verify data, and manage proofing before materials went to print.

What I built

Built and maintained a custom marketing materials portal that allowed individual offices to create personalized materials from approved templates, upload their own data, review proofs, and send finished files directly into the printing workflow.

• Created a template-driven system that standardized marketing materials across locations while still allowing local customization.
• Automated the process of merging uploaded data into approved designs and preparing print-ready files.
• Built proofing and validation workflows into the portal to help ensure information was accurate before materials were submitted to the printer.

Result

The platform reduced the time required to produce marketing materials by 90% while improving consistency, accuracy, and control across offices nationwide.
